Parisi Management Group (PMG) acted as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for a ~$2M Wellness Barn (including gym, spa, treatment rooms, locker rooms and movement studio) ground up development on the premises of an idyllic boutique hotel site in Dutchess County, NY. PMG was hired to review and approve payment applications, track and approve project costs, verify change orders and provide general oversight working directly with Owner, Architect and General Contractor throughout the development.
During the process, PMG provided an advisory role that evolved into a full-fledged project management role at around the 6-month mark of construction, ultimately taking the project over the finish line. The reason for the increase in scope of work for PMG was due to expertise of not only financial matters, but all facets of construction and personnel management. There were gaps in management that PMG seamlessly filled, while facilitating lines of communication between Owner, Architect, General Contractor and Sub-Contractors.
